Responsibility for the smooth management and optimization of production processes Operations planning of employees and coordination of the hire staff Support, maintenance and continuous optimization of machines and robotics Analysis and independent elimination of process and machine malfunctions Planning and support for the management of shift organisation, audits and training Monitoring of performance, quality and production characteristics Coaching, incorporation and further development of employees Contact person for customer requests, feasibility analyses and technical coordination Cooperation with external partners, suppliers and machine manufacturers Ensuring compliance with quality standards and testing equipment monitoring and requalification Continuous identification and implementation of optimization potentials in processes and processes
