In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for full-time employment (40 hours/week), unlimited and remunerated for the TV-L, one Head (w/m/d) Anesthesia Call 328 N/2025 In this position you can actively shape structures and thus contribute to the sustainable development of the area.

Organisation and control system: Creation and monitoring of service and organisational planning for anaesthesia care and surveillance Staff disposition to ensure a smooth operation in the daily OP program Planning and organisation of training for anaesthetic assistants Coordination of maintenance appointments for medical devices Ensure the availability of materials and equipment in anaesthesia and growth areas Team leadership and development: Motivation, promotion and coaching of the interdisciplinary team Active support of team development processes and promoting a positive team culture Continuous professional, social and personal development of the team in the field of anaesthesia and awakening Participation in employee talks and implementation and moderation of team meetings Quality & Process Optimization: Ensuring compliance with all applicable hygiene regulations and internal quality standards Resource management and continuous optimization of workflows Support for the implementation and development of future-oriented projects in the company Communication and cooperation: Promoting open, transparent and value-estimating communication at all levels Cooperative cooperation with all participating professional groups and medical colleagues at the surgical centre Interface between anesthesia care, wake-up room, medical service and other areas

Completed training as a nurse with anaesthesia experience or anaesthesia assistant Leadership skills and experience in a leading position Open, dedicated and empathic personality Responsibility and communication strength Team and motivational skills
