As a project manager*in the qualification network Lausitz (w/m/d), you contribute your expertise to the development and further development of regional training opportunities, coordinate strong network partners and shape future-oriented education projects for tomorrow's professionals. In your role as a project manager*in qualification network Lausitz (w/m/d), you are consistently implementing the project goals and ensuring a structured control of all project activities. You ensure that quality requirements, timetables and budget specifications are complied with and keeps the project progress in mind with continuous monitoring. Together with companies, educational providers, chambers and other institutions of continuing vocational training, you build a qualification network, encourage existing cooperations and develop them strategically. You agree closely with the project partners, clarify project goals and project scope with the participants and secure the flow of information between all stakeholders through a well-thought-out communication concept. Based on a detailed project plan, you coordinate project planning, resource management, staff assignment, management of deliveries and subcontracts as well as progress reporting and manage project controlling, status tracking and final report including presentations and status reports.

Complete university studies in the field of education management, economic education, adult education or a comparable qualification First to multiannual experience in implementing education and training projects, ideally with funding or EU reference Basic understanding of future skills and innovative training approaches as well as experience in their practical implementation 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, of which at least 3 years of experience as a project manager*in, ideally with experience in working according to GPMS standards Very good knowledge of English and German (at least level B2) in word and writing
