Further development of the product portfolio in the field of measurement and testing technology stations within a small expert team Independently responsible development of innovative and robust test concepts for e-drives and traction batteries – from the idea to series maturity – in a technology-driven development environment Close cooperation with various departments as well as a combination of several specialist areas for developing efficient solutions Integration of new developments in highly automated series systems and contribution to the expansion of test volumes by testing the latest measuring instruments and methods Continuous Optimization of Process Safety and Test Quality Support for project planning in customer requests with regard to the feasibility of new measurement and testing techniques

Complete studies or a technical training with further training to the technician – preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline Good knowledge of electrical engineering and automation technology to safely understand and implement complex testing processes Experience in the design and implementation of test setups, ideally in the environment of traction batteries or electric drive systems Understanding adjacent technical areas such as mechanical design, hardware design and electrical assembly Ability to analyze technical tasks in a structured manner and to translate them into practical solutions Interest in new technologies and willingness to work quickly on new topics Teamability, reliability and clear, solution-oriented communication in the project environment Very good knowledge of German and reliable English
