SPS and HMI programming templates based on a defined load specification (e.g. for end-of-line testing stations) commissioning (IBN) of hardware and software systems at the stations Integration and IBN of SEW drive technology Connection of the system to the internal MES/ERP via OPC UA Communication with camera systems via OPC UA Performance of functional tests before delivery Control with Siemens technology (min. S7-1515F, current state) User interface in several languages (German/English/Landessprach) Various operating modes: Automatic, Test, Manual, Output position (protected with password/key switch) Integration of operating-time counters and unit counters collision avoidance on the software side USB port for storing parameters Error log with at least 500 entries

Complete studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable or State-certified technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with focus on automation or Complete vocational training with relevant experience in PLC programming Very good knowledge of TIA Portal V19 Experience with Step7 Safety V13 Safe handling of WinCC visualization Good knowledge of OPC UA communication Experience with SEW drive technology Self-employed, structured work Team skills and responsibility
