Solution Manager Naval (m/f/d)

You analyze customer requirements in the field of Defence Naval and develop customized technical and commercial solutions. You control supply processes, resource planning and time, budget and quality goals. You take the stakeholder management and coordinate the cooperation between customers, development, management and global delivery. Technically, you support sales, guide professional offering activities and accompany RFQs to the offer release. You develop solutions and product strategies, coordinate partners and represent the company in the maritime industry network.

You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a sales manager or technical manager in the maritime environment. You have experience in sales and supply processes as well as in the development of customer-specific solutions. You have a bachelor's degree in shipbuilding, maritime technology or a comparable discipline. You convince with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities. You have a resilient network in the maritime industry and know the requirements along the value chain in shipbuilding.
