Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees (at Koblenz and FFB sites) Advising the management of the business unit in cost planning and pricing Cooperation in defining the business unit strategy and developing the team strategy Track market/customer development and relevant technology trends and, where appropriate, Defining implementation measures (if applicable) Generating new process, project or product ideas in coordination with the higher level Managing customers and partners at relevant management level incl. Building a customer and partner network Working closely with the Department Manager on strategic personnel needs development Staff planning and promotion/qualification of directly assigned employees Continuous development of professional know-how in the team Perception of project management tasks Monitoring of associated projects according to plan specifications, initiation of counter-control measures in case of deviations Supporting the management of the business unit in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, offers and project progress and other projects Technical support and technological advice of productive organisational units in their acquisition activities Participation in the creation of offers according to the offer process Participation in contract negotiations (especially in the design of framework agreements)

Completed university studies of a technical/economic field or comparable Long-term, versatile and relevant professional experience Deep understanding of the technical-logistic processes and structures within complex CPM projects Discovered experience with German technical-logistic usage systems (SAP, SASPF, IETD, LSA) Certified training desirable (e.g. SAP consultant, ITIL, PMI certification or similar) Deep experience in the customer organization BWI and BAAINBw or very good understanding of the public and military procurement processes Impressive skills in the context of change and digitization processes for contracting authorities Experiences with products and services in need of explanation Proofable successes in business development Impressive ability to consult Competence in the areas of team management and communication Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for medium-scale business trips
