Teamlead IT Operations & Administration ​ (m/f/d)

Leadership and team development: You guide our Core IT team professionally and disciplinefully, create the right framework conditions for successful cooperation and promote the further development of your employees.

Strategic IT control: You implement strategic measures, develop our IT landscape forward-looking and support the Executive Board and CIO in business policy and strategic decisions.

Governance and Compliance: You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and are responsible for implementing relevant IT governance and compliance requirements.

IT security and resilience: You are responsible for appropriate safety standards, effective emergency management and continuous monitoring of IT performance.

Budget and Partner Management: You are responsible for the budget planning of your team and accompany the selection and integration of external software solutions into our IT landscape.

Operational support: You complement your team in operational day-to-day business and help them as a contact person.

Experience in leadership: You bring at least two years of leadership experience in the (IT) environment.

Funded IT expertise: Through your training and professional experience, you have a broad understanding of IT administration, IT governance and relevant regulatory requirements.

Strategic thinking: You combine entrepreneurial vision with a solution-oriented way of working and create a sustainable transfer of strategic goals into practice.

Modern leadership competence: With your coaching and leadership understanding, you can promote personal responsibility, personal growth, trusting cooperation at eye level and qualitatively and quantitatively very good performance of the team.

Analytical Strength and Responsibility: You also keep an overview in complex situations, meet informed decisions and deal with high reliability.

Hands-on mentality: You understand leadership not only as a control, but you also work with yourself, if necessary.
