For further growth, we exclusively seek a team leader SAP (m/w/d) for the Inhouse Competence Center to ensure, optimize and develop the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. You will be accompanied by two SAP Inhouse Consultants, a strong IT department and the external contract partner.

In addition to strategic thinking and problem-solving competence, you will have a profitable and targeted cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Technical and disciplinary management of the SAP Competence Center, which under your leadership significantly supports and contributes to the group-wide introduction of SAP S/4 HANA. Parallel to this, ensuring the ongoing operation of today's goods management system until full migration to SAP. Leading the introduction of new SAP solutions, as well as process standardization and harmonisation. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices in operation with regard to cost/benefit ratio. Close cooperation and ongoing communication with departments and service providers. Continuous optimization of the customizing with the necessary eye dimension. Close coordination within the IT organization with the aim of smooth interaction between the SAP system and other applications. Personal and professional development of existing and new team members.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training. Multiannual leadership and project experience in the SAP implementation environment, preferably S/4 HANA. Modern leadership style, characterized by partnership communication and constructive feedback. High design will combined with entrepreneurial thinking and high social competence. Embossed analytical skills as well as a solution- and customer-oriented working. Practical hand-on mentality, which is characterized by a direct and dedicated approach to middle-level tasks. Communication and implementation strength, team capacity and a good understanding of operational concerns. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
