Project Manager (m/f/d)

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will accompany the project development from the idea to the successful handover to the customer. You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture and a comparable subject and relevant, multi-year professional experience. You have relevant experience in project management and/or project management of housing projects, also from your work with a general contractor or in an architecture/engineering office. You have current knowledge of HOAI, VOB and AHO Your professional and binding appearance convinces in the team, but also external project partners. Entrepreneurial thinking and trade, high self-responsibility and self-employed working are the key. You have a strong understanding of economic and time-critical balances around project realization and are ready to make decisions.
