Examination of planning documents with regard to feasibility and compliance with the safety and quality standards of large steel bridges Conception and implementation of project-specific workshops on planning options, bridge variants in early planning phases to support the operational project teams Consultation of project teams in all stages of performance and support of operational project teams in the context of internal approval processes Expert for the planning and construction of steel bridges Training and skills of the operational project teams in technical questions on the planning and construction of large steel bridges Market observation and analysis for the steel bridge construction Participation and active participation in specialist boards

Completed scientific university studies (master or diploma) in the field of civil engineering Long-term professional experience in the planning and implementation of steel bridge construction Language and language skills Extensive consulting skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues

Would be desirable: Multiannual professional experience as project manager Knowledge of the peculiarities of planning, design and construction of steel bridges knowledge of static calculations, in particular with regard to fatigue safety of steel bridges Experience in the monitoring of steel construction in the plant/ construction site, in particular with regard to welding technology Knowledge of safety and quality standards, in particular knowledge of ZTV‐ING, Part 4 and DIN EN 1090 Ideally experience with building testing and monitoring systems Good knowledge and contacts in the steel bridge construction industry Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs
