Your challenge: Reducing disruption and setup times using MES data Optimization of defined TPM measures and TPM plans Harmonization and optimisation of plant technology in terms of robustness and productivity Support and implementation of Rüstworkshops (SMED) and implementation of the resulting measures Implementation of LEAN Methods and Production Basics and Implementation of Ratio Projects Preparation of training documents for band and plant managers Interface function between production staff, sub-region management, technical planning, tool construction and maintenance

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed engineering studies desirable, alternatively successfully completed technical training incl. Continuing training for industrial master metal or state-tested Engineering technicians Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of employment Competence: knowledge of production processes and the flow of materials and goods Experience in the field of plant engineering/press engineering Knowledge of Lean tools Knowledge of REFA or MTM methods Secure handling of MS Office and SAP R/3

Language knowledge: flowing German and English skills Personality: Representative social competence and a high degree of self-initiative Team and enforcement capability Loadability and flexibility
