Do you want to take responsibility and actively shape the future of our healthcare business unit sales? Then our team will support Harsewinkel as Internal Sales Manager (m/w/x) and become the central interface for projects, communication and data management. Grow together with your team, introduce your ideas and make sure we deliver binding for our potential clients. The position must first be fixed for one year, but offers a long-term perspective. Your tasks Project support & communication: You support various sales initiatives, coordinate the RfI/RfP process and ensure reliable compliance with all deadlines. In addition, you actively participate in customer projects (e.g. by filling in questionnaires or creating offering accompanying documents) Sales reports: Self-approved reports and reports that serve as the basis for strategic decisions in sales Markforschung & Datenpflege: You are analysing market trends, identifying potential target customers and unlocking new sales opportunities. In addition, you'll be posing our CRM data and content in the Sales SharePoint Coordination of teams, meetings & events: You organize internal sales meetings and events, prepare materials and take logging and follow measures Training & incorporation: You help with the incorporation of new team members and the creation of training documents to ensure a smooth start for new team members

Your profile Education: Completed commercial training e.g. as a businessman for office management (m/w/x) or industrial businessman (m/w/x), alternatively a completed commercial study e.g. knowledge of German and English; further language skills such as Spanish or French desirable IT & Technology Affinity: Safe handling of MS Office and a pronounced technical affinity Soft Skills: Hands-on-Mentality, Team Skills and the willingness to take responsibility quickly
