They serve and advise established agencies of the Bavarian Insurance Chamber in the Nuremberg metropolitan region – both personally on site and digitally. You coach and develop our agency owners and customer advisors by qualifying them professionally and methodically – including sales training and sales management in the corporate customer business. They act as a link and service provider between sales partners, corporate customers and internal interfaces to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. She expects a motivating working atmosphere in an inspiring team that promotes creativity and self-responsibility and gives you the opportunity to develop professionally.
