As Head of Logistics (m/w/d), you actively accompany CMBlu and directly in the industrialization of a new energy storage technology. You are responsible for the strategic and operational construction, control and continuous optimization of the entire logistics and supply chain processes. The aim is an efficient, scalable and efficient logistics organization along the entire value chain – both nationally and internationally. Your responsibilities: General responsibility and operational management for production, storage and transport logistics Ensuring the supply of materials both in production and in development areas such as testing, laboratories, etc. Construction and development of ERP-based logistics and production processes Responsibility for international supply chain structures including Supplier connection Definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of storage and material economy-specific key figures (e.g. delivery reliability, throughput times, stock turnover, OEE-close key figures) Strategic logistics and material flow planning for new plants, rebuilds or capacity expansions Organisation, control and guarantee of occupational safety measures, order and cleanliness in their own responsibility

Your profile: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company with leadership responsibility In-depth knowledge in the areas of warehouse control, development, organisation, administration and storage Quick conception and pronounced analytical thinking Expert in the application and construction of ERP systems (knowledge in handling AP+ of advantage) High level of commitment and reliability Communicative and open personality Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
