As a working student*in, you play an important role in our community management in the marketing team You support the social media team in particular in the field of customer communication on the social web You monitor and reagier on comments on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and BlueSky In doing so, you will inform both existing customers and those who want to become them, as well as – and also critic – non-customers. You help align our responses to the 'Tone - of - Voice' of the brand, keep up to date and develop it – and you like to introduce your own creative ideas In addition, you can help us find the topics for our social media content

You are a registered studentin, like marketing, media sciences, communication sciences, journalism or Germanistics Your passion applies to the online world, so you already had first points of contact with social media First knowledge of how to use community management gives you an advantage You are a team playerin, structured and not only casual, but also absolutely reliable – and you like to work with digital tools You have very good knowledge of German as well as an above-average language and fingertip feeling You burn for green topics like e.g. B. the energy transition You are interested in world events and up to date on topics such as climate protection and energy policy
