Teamplaying | You will become part of our agile, intercultural and cross-functional teams and actively participate in one of FIEGE's most exciting digital initiatives. Demand Management | You translate the most hidden wishes of the users you receive from interviews, workshops and other formats into groundbreaking surfaces. Communication | You communicate your ideas early and often, understand and develop operating concepts and are able to visualize them in Storyboards, User Flows, Mockups and Wireframes. Creativity | You convince your team with your conceptual way of working, your graphic suggestions and your commitment. Design Scope | You are responsible for the definition, development and maintenance of our design system and style guides with a lot of design space. Quality Check | You test and evaluate solutions in an iterative process using user tests, design reviews and expert audits.

You have a degree in software development or Media and communication design, focusing on user interface, human-centered design, or comparable training. You have an appropriate professional experience as a UX and/or UI designer (w/m/d). You control the common design and prototyping tools for web and mobile interfaces. You have fun in developing solutions and interpreting user behavior and bringing design joy. Aesthetics, design and innovation are your topics as well as the latest trends and technologies in the industry. A professional approach to change and a strategic/systematic approach are also your strengths. You like to communicate on different levels. You have the pleasure of questioning conventional ways of thinking to understand the core of a problem and to develop better solutions. Excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
