HR Specialist Systems and Controlling (m/f/d)

The focus of your role is on the independent development and administration of Gfos and Personio. The introduction of a personal controller is in your hands. You are responsible for the definition and creation of evaluations, reports and statistics for the analysis and optimization of personal processes. You control the further development and ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operational HR processes. In addition, you work on all the topics of the Employee Life Cycle and are responsible for a defined support area.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources management or comparable commercial training e.g. to the personnel specialist businesswoman/mann. You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the required field. The safe handling of MS Office in particular Excel, Personio, rexx, Gfos or comparable HR systems is for you already lived everyday life. You also bring solid knowledge of labour law, ideally also in business constitutional and collective law as well as pay tax and social security law. You define yourself with a pronounced hands-on mentality and the ability to find and implement pragmatic solutions and the ability to make your own decisions. You bring a high affinity for digitalization & professionalization.
