Reception & Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

Leadership & team development You guide and develop the team at reception and reservation with clarity, empathy and role model function You recognize potentials, promote individual strengths and create a motivating, powerful team culture You are present, responsive and give orientation in everyday life Organisation & further development of the department You are responsible for the organization and continuous development of the entire department You structure processes, build processes and optimize existing standards in terms of efficiency and quality You will ensure smooth cooperation with other departments Guest satisfaction & host culture For excellent service along the entire guest journey You set clear quality standards and live them together with your team You are confident and solution-oriented with special guest situations and always have the guest experience in mind Operating proximity & role model function You keep an eye on the operational everyday life and actively support your team in day-to-day business Through your own presence at the guest, for example at check-in, check-out or complaint management – you stay close to the needs of the guests and the team Interfaces & Development You work closely with Directorate, Revenue Management and other departments You bring your own ideas to the further development of service quality, booking processes and guest experience

Finded professional experience at reception and/or reservation, ideally in the upscale hotel industry Multiannual leadership experience as a team leader or in a comparable position Excellent hostility and high service orientation Structured, predictive operation and organizational strength Communication strength, a sense of decision and a safe, appreciative occurrence Own initiative, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality The desire to develop you continuously and professionally
