We are looking for a qualified person who thinks strategically, acts independently and at the same time remains close to the operation: Qualifications found: Including academic studies (e.g. BWL, project management or business informatics) or equivalent qualifications based on relevant professional experience, which you can demonstrate with multiannual activity and experience in the areas described. Project management: experience in the responsible management of large HR IT projects, ideally with certifications such as PRINCE2 or similar methods. Expertise: Proven competence in the control or Administration of HR processes and multiannual experience in the personnel or IT department. Technical affinity: proven competence and multi-year experience with HR IT applications, ideally in the SAP environment (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors), and relevant office software products (e.g. Microsoft Office and M365, Adobe products, PDF software). AI applications: experience in dealing with AI applications or the willingness to work into appropriate systems. Service orientation: communication strength, empathy and feel as an internal service partner*in – combined with clear enforcement. Analytical Competence: Joy in solving complex and creative tasks that you process independently and structured. Cost planning: experience in cost and budget planning and controlling. IT procurement: knowledge in procurement processes, ideally experience in public procurement. Committee work: detectable experience in work with employee representatives. We require willingness to travel throughout the federal territory. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English.
