You work on HR topics that concern top executives in the international sales & customer environment – e.g. B.: Compensation and Development Conferences (Our People Conferences) Talent and Leadership Formats for Top Management Strategic HR topics along the global Sales & Customer Organisation actively shape people- & strategy topics You support the design, implementation and further development of: The new performance management for top executives – from idea to application in management everyday Talent and succession concepts for executives in the sales & customer sector Human resources development and leadership programs with international focus Modern, future-oriented HR processes in the top management context Relevance instead of routine You work on real content for real decisions, e.g.: Presentations and decision bases for top management Analyses, evaluations and conceptual work Structured preparation of complex HR topics for management bodies Personal responsibility in the HR-day business You take on your own: Administrative and organisational tasks Support for concrete personnel measures Pre- and post-processing of personnel and development talks in the top management environment Insights into selection- & job placement processes You are actively working with: Call, selection and occupation processes Preparation of decision-making And get a realistic insight into HR decisions at Executive level in the Sales & Customer context Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders You work closely with: HR Business Partners for Sales & Customer Executive and Executive Assistants Internal HR expert:internal and international disciplines Move more together Co-operation with team- and multi-disciplinary projects, internal workshops, conferences and events
