Development of individual training plans, definition of learning objectives, coordination with the nursing school as well as demonstration and practice of nursing techniques, placement of specialist knowledge directly at the patient bed. Training of social and communication skills, promoting ethical understanding and reflectivity. Observation of learning progress, implementation of feedback talks, creation of performance assessments. Participation in practical tests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. PflBG). Individual care and care as well as specialist care for the care-in needy residents as well as close contact with residents, relatives and doctors Careful and conscientious guidance of care documentation and responsibility for drug delivery

(m/w/d), as an alternative to a different training in old, health and nursing Qualification for the state-approved practical instructions Including experiences in the field of care documentation and care planning A high degree of self-responsibility and independence
