Technical shift supervisor in continuous shift (m/f/d)

Personnel management: Responsibility for your shift team within a production layer in compliance with all requirements, especially in work, fire and environmental protection.

Coordination and communication: Close contact to upstream and downstream production areas as well as to interfaces to ensure smooth running.

Organization and supervision: shift planning, production processes, order and cleanliness and maintenance.

Employee training: Regular implementation of initial and subsequent instructions of the manufacturing personnel.

Responsibility for shift targets: achieving shift targets in quality and quantity.

Completed professional experience in industrial and technical fields

Reliable professional experience in battery production desired

Team spirit, motivation, safety and health awareness

Ready for use for working in shiftwork (spring, late, night shift)

Good knowledge of German
