The establishment is a family-run company that manages around 5,000 residential and commercial units in Kiel and the surrounding area.

Self-responsible support of a WEG portfolio Preparation and implementation of owner meetings Implementation and implementation of the decisions taken Communication with owners, advisers, craftsmen, service providers and authorities Regular visits and state control of Community property Planning and monitoring of repair and repair work including the collection and testing of handicrafts Coordination of maintenance contracts Emergency management for acute damage Administrative activities

Completed commercial training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in WEG administration and implementation of owner meetings Team skills Communication strength for clear and binding communication, as well as safe handling of owners, advisers and service providers, also in meetings Sovereign appearance and high customer orientation Knowledge in dealing with the common Microsoft Office products and a certain EDV affinity driving licence class B
