Handle technology, building in view – ensure smooth operation.

We are looking for a reliable technical master / house technician (m/w/d) at the Schwarzheide site at the closest possible time for a job in the context of employee transfer.

Your future task:

• Monitoring and implementation of small repairs on industrial plants

• Maintenance of technical equipment

• Support for the Real Estate unit

• Support and coordination of external companies

• Implementation of repair and repair work including warranty tracking

• Documentation of activities and communication with customers and local contact persons

Your profile for Haustechniker / Facility Manager (m/w/d):

• Complete technical training
• Basic knowledge of electrics, ideally according to IEC 364 / EN [for phone number see the original ad]
• authorization as elevator or elevator operator desirable
• User knowledge of relevant hardware and software (e.g. MS Office)
• Complete training in occupational and health protection according to location requirements
• helpful, service-oriented and representative appearance
• Friendly and courteous behavior even in challenging situations
• Mobility within the meaning of the workplace (e.g. bicycle, bicycle or car)

Our offer for you:

• Use as part of the transfer of workers
• Full time with 39 hours per week
• Normal shift, working hours from 07:00 to 15:30
• Remuneration: 17,00 €/h
