Software and product trainers (m/f/d)

We extend our training team and look for two experienced software and product trainers to professionalize the field of training. The aim is to efficiently use synergies between employees and customer training and to sustainably promote the company's knowledge management. Planning, preparation and implementation of tailor-made training (presence, online, e-learning) on our products in the field of practical management software and telematics infrastructure for Psyprax employees and customers: Creating, updating and optimizing user-friendly training documents, presentations, training videos, and interactive learning formats that are adapted to the specific needs of the target groups Close cross-departmental cooperation to analyse training needs, gather feedback and adapt the training offer to target groups and continuously improve Processing and development of other staff in the training field

Completed studies in the field of health/economy informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification and certificate in training or training Experience gained in the training of software applications and their connections Excellent teaching skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent knowledge of German and expressive in word and writing Patience, empathy, clear language and the ability to understand complex content positive team spirit, proactive functioning, effective time management and organizational talent Knowledge in practical management systems and/or the field of telematics infrastructure are advantageous
