Senior site manager / project manager in civil engineering and bridge construction (m/f/d)

As Head of Construction / Project Manager (w/m/d), you have the overall responsibility of managing challenging construction projects in bridge construction in southern Germany You conduct negotiations with contracting entities and construction partners on essential issues of construction design as well as on the interpretation, changes and extensions of the construction contract You will develop your projects economically, technically and qualityally, in compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations. You monitor and control the performance and results of your construction sites as part of the monthly economic considerations One of your tasks is to optimize our construction processes in a solution-oriented, innovative and economical manner and to develop special proposals for this purpose The follow-up design and implementation is guided by you proactively and independently You control and guide the construction managers and their construction site teams including demand-oriented personnel deployment planning You ensure the establishment and maintenance of sustainable business relations

You have a degree in civil engineering or in a comparable field You can present several years of experience in project or superstructure management in engineering & bridge construction A safe handling of the relevant laws, regulations and standards in the construction industry is a key factor for you. You have a high project management and leadership competence You convince with high customer orientation, negotiation skills and enforcement ability as well as team skills and enthusiasm Their work is characterised by strong entrepreneurial thinking and action You have readiness to travel in the South German area
