IT Specialist Endpoints & Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the support of the end device landscape (Windows clients, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, periphery) The planning, implementation and optimization of rollouts, hardware refreshes and device-lifecycle processes are also part of your tasks, such as the installation, configuration and rollout of terminals In addition, you manage the mobile devices via MDM systems and support the onboarding of new employees (device output, account device, instruction) Ensuring security and compliance (patch management, hardening, guidelines) as well as documentation of solutions, standards and technical processes are also your tasks The acceptance and processing of IT statements and service requests complete your profile of activity

You bring good knowledge in Windows client operating systems and modern device management with You also have experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and error analysis Basic knowledge of software distribution, bundling and MDM systems bring you as well as service-oriented appearance and enjoyment of direct user contact You are characterized by an analytical thinking and structured way of working Experience with PowerShell, Intune-Policies and Endpoint Security is beneficial
