Early analysis of planning (in particular in civil engineering, civil engineering and outdoor installations) on safety-relevant risks for small and medium-sized construction projects Development of the safety and health plan, including the establishment of protective measures for works operating simultaneously or successively Creation and on-time transmissions to the relevant occupational safety authorities (e.g. Monitoring of compliance with the protection measures from the SiGe plan by regular, documented construction site visits Organisation and management of security meetings with the construction managers of planning office, subcontractors and foreign companies to avoid mutual hazards enforcement of corrective measures and, where appropriate, Pronouncement of construction site stops at risk in delay Investigation of accidents and accidents at work and derivation of preventive measures for the continuous improvement of occupational safety

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, landscape building/architecture OR a training as a state-tested technician/master OR specialist in the field of civil engineering SiGeKo certificate: Detection of technical knowledge according to RAB 30 (Appendix B: Industrial safety knowledge & Appendix C: Specific coordinator skills) At least 2–3 years of well-founded professional experience in the role of SiGeKo, ideally related to civil engineering, civil engineering, or outdoor installations Safe knowledge in building law, construction site regulation (construction site), RAB (protection regulations on construction sites) and the relevant DGUV regulations Diplomatic but clear communication at eye level – both with the commercial staff at the construction site and with the project management and authorities Ownership of the Class B licence for regular maintenance of regional construction sites Bonus: Training as a specialist for occupational safety (FaSi / Sifa) is expressly desired, but no exclusion criterion
