You develop and carry out measures in personnel controlling: creation of evaluations to support the executives (e.g. personnel planning, supply calculations) Processing of the annual accounts, such as the formation of provisions Quality assurance in pay accounting and personnel management

Cooperation in exciting projects at regional level and in close cooperation with the Malteser Central

A completed degree in business administration or a related degree or a comparable commercial training Experienced in controlling, preferably with a focus on personnel High number affinity and very good IT skills, especially in MS Office, ideally also with SAP HCM Joy to analyze data and draw valuable conclusions from it Analytical thinking and ability to interpret as well as enthusiasm, numbers and data A process-oriented mindset – especially in times of digitalization Team spirit, motivation and respectful handling of others Identification with the tasks, values and objectives of a Christian aid organisation
