MFA (m/w/d) für die Chirurgische Ambulanz

Your tasks:

We are looking for a:n qualified:n Medical:n Specialist:n / Career (m/w/d), who takes over administrative, communicative and organizational activities. The core working time is from Monday to Friday. The task field includes:

• Planning and organization of the daily workflow
• Testimonials of the patient
• Assistant to speaking hours
• Implementation and support of our patients in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Support for administrative activities, takeover of appointment and operation of the telephone
• Control of documents
• Care of the patient file and registration of investigations and consils, etc.

Your qualifications: • You have a completed training for examinated nursing staff or medical:r (m/w/d), You are versed in the surgical subjects Surgery and Orthopaedics

• They show organisational competence and have a high service orientation
• Responsibility, flexibility and commitment
• You have social skills and have pleasure in the profession
• Commitment and team skills are of course for you
• They are expressive and can express themselves well
• You have very good PC knowledge
