Support for communication in the project environment and active participation in the digitization of work processes, including task management in MS Teams and Dalux. Maintenance, structuring and further development of SharePoint and MS team environments as well as preparation of protocols, decision templates and documentation. Data management as well as the establishment and maintenance of transparent monitoring and controlling elements, including TP certificates. Event, workshop and work organisation for project teams as well as reliable follow-up of project-related tasks. Active stakeholder management and networking of different project participants and coordination of the interfaces between construction, QA and operation. Support in the development of lighthouse projects and best practice formats.

Complete study in the field of process engineering, technical building equipment (TGA), civil engineering or industrial engineering Practical experience in project planning and control of construction, reconstruction or engineering projects Ideally contact points with laboratory, research or production environments in the bio or chemical engineering environment Self-employed, solution-oriented working with high methodological competence as well as strong order and quality awareness Enthusiasm for digitalisation Very good knowledge in MS Teams and SharePoint, Ideally practical experience with BIM systems (e.g. model testing, defect management, digital documentation) Embossed communication strength, organisational skills and joy in networking and working in the team.
