Human Resources Officer Employment Law & Labour Relations (m/f/d)

You advise management, executives and HR managers on all questions of individual and collective labour law You accompany individual personal measures such as dismissals, terminations and cancellation contracts and secure legal implementation You develop, negotiate and implement business agreements as well as labour law standards and guidelines You work with works council bodies and trade unions in a trustworthy manner and shape sustainable solutions in the tension between economic requirements and social responsibility You are discussing legislative changes and case-law and you are taking concrete measures for our HR processes and standard contracts You are training executives and HR colleagues:industry and co-determination issues

Successfully completed studies of law (prior to full legal counsel:in), economic law or business administration with a clear focus on labour law Multiannual professional experience in the HR field with a focus on individual and collective labour law Experience in cooperation with the Works Council and accompanying measures subject to the provisions Negotiating skills, clear communication, sovereign appearance and a good sense of sustainable solutions in challenging situations A structured, careful and independent way of working German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
