I'm d'Bucher of Griesse! Rooted in the home town of Klettgau and yet connected worldwide – we work particularly well under extremely high pressure (up to 320 bar)

You are a team leader – you lead the team in valve assembly and accompany its professional and personal development You are a planner with a long-term vision – you design your area of responsibility cost-consciously and always keeps resources and processes in mind You are a quality designer – together with other areas, you develop sustainable solutions to continuously secure and improve our product quality You’re Lean driver – you’re developing lean methods in your area, actively shaping them and making them successful in everyday work You are an interface manager – you work closely with adjacent departments such as manufacturing, quality and logistics and ensure smooth processes

You are highly skilled – a successfully completed master training with first leadership experience or a completed mechanical engineering study forms your basis You are experienced in production – ideally you bring experience from the assembly environment and have knowledge of hydraulics You are familiar with Shopfloor management – sound knowledge in this area are beneficial You are structured and independent – you systematically address tasks and work independently You are strong in communication and appear clear, binding and solution-oriented
