Specialist Site Manager - TGA / HVAC / Supply Technology (m/f/d)

You take over the independent specialist building management for the plants Heating, Ventilation, Climate and Sanitation (HKLS) on site at the construction sites You control and monitor the proper, quality and timely assembly design in the economic interest of our client You regularly participate in construction meetings, clarify technical interfaces and actively participate in finding solutions in technical questions You create and assemble the complete documentation for the successful handover and inventory documentation

You have a successfully completed technical training (e.g. as a master:in, technician:in or engineer:in the field of supply technology / HKLS) or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in the specialist building management or project management in the fields of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and sanitary technology You draw your attention through a structured, powerful and solution-oriented way of working and a high sense of responsibility You have communication strength in dealing with customers: inside as well as a valid class B driving licence for regional construction sites
