In different practical stations, you will be prepared for your goal function as a construction manager:in and can also develop your technical and organizational knowledge in other construction areas and projects within our company. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a trainee building manager (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Augsburg site. Your tasks:

You accompany the construction and project management at the construction sites for investment measures to renew and expand the railway transport infrastructure In addition, you support ensuring the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of the construction services You learn how to coordinate a safe building activity partly under rolling wheel After your incorporation, you take responsibility for compliance with the structural requirements of the Federal Railway Agency, the rules of the technology and the rules of the DB A goal for you will be to know and monitor the requirements for accident prevention independently You actively shape your time as a trainee by giving feedback and encouraging action that will lead you to your successful execution of the target function

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering (focus on construction), transport engineering, railway construction or in a comparable field of expertise In the sense of our green corporate strategy “Starke Rail” you want to move something and want to take responsibility for it in perspective You would describe yourself as a communicative, curious and at the same time enforceable person The fact that you work for your construction project on weekends and drive to further distant construction sites doesn't bother you Your innovation enthusiasm and your ability to think economically complete your profile You bring a safe-to-negotiate German into word and writing (C1) as well as a class B driving licence
