Technical Director (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of technical strategies and concepts to ensure sustainable, efficient and sustainable energy and supply infrastructure Control and development of renewable energy projects and the digitalisation of our supply networks Total responsibility for operating the supply areas (electricity, gas, water and district heating) and ensuring efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly processes Planning, coordination and implementation of large infrastructure projects in compliance with dates, budget requirements, quality standards and sustainability criteria Ensure compliance with all legal, technical and safety-specific requirements and regular checks Management, motivation and further development of an interdisciplinary technical team and promotion of professional and personal skills Planning, control and monitoring of the technical budget including identifying cost-cutting potentials and efficiency enhancements (m/w/d), municipalities and authorities as well as external partners (m/w/d) to successfully implement common goals

Successfully completed technical studies as an engineer (m/w/d) of the Department of Energy Technology, Supply Management or a comparable qualification

Business knowledge is advantageous Multiannual management experience in the technical management of a supply company or a comparable area Funded knowledge in the fields of energy supply, grid technology, renewable energies and digitalization knowledge of energy management and regulation; Experience with legal framework conditions (EnWG, EEG, KWKG, Messstellebetriebsgesetz and other standards of public supply) and regulatory processes Designed strategic and analytical skills to successfully manage technical and economic issues, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action High leadership and social competence, excellent communicative skills as well as the ability to motivate, develop and understand complex issues both internally and external stakeholders (m/w/d)
