Cloud Solutions Delivery Manager Full-time/Part-time (hybrid) (m/f/d)

You control, monitor and develop the service and performance relationships with external partners and service providers in the cloud environment. You take requirements from the departments, evaluate them professionally and translate them into sustainable cloud services. You continuously opt for existing services and service level agreements taking into account quality, costs and performance. You support the description, procurement and introduction of new services and actively participate in the selection of service providers. You evaluate new technologies and alternative solutions and recommend appropriate measures to implement new business requirements. You plan, coordinate and control IT and cloud projects holistically – from conception to realization and testing to rollout and transition to operation. You evaluate cloud and infrastructure costs economically and drive measures to optimise costs in the sense of FinOps. You develop and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, for example by automating and using AI.

You have several years of experience in service and Delivery management as well as managing external partners, ideally in the Microsoft Cloud, Azure and M365 environment. You bring well-founded knowledge of cloud technologies, especially in Microsoft Azure, M365 and hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. You have a very good understanding of FinOps, cost optimization and license management across the entire service and product lifecycle. You have practical experience in implementing, operating and developing cloud and platform services. You have practical experience in incident, problem, change and escalation management and are structuring with complex situations. You convince with pronounced communication, presentation and team skills in dealing with different stakeholders. You are characterized by a quick understanding, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented and structured way of working. You work independently, target-oriented and bring a high level of communication and a strong consulting competence.
