Customer support: You enter your customers and coach the project teams.

Consultancy experience: Understanding the consulting business and terms such as “load control”, “project organisation”, “expective management” or “customer relationship” are part of your daily business. Microsoft domains: multiple experiences in a Microsoft domain – both in the presales, offering management, and in the operational project business. Network: A well-established network in the Microsoft ecosystem that can be deployed in a sustainable way. Leadership experience: experience in building and managing (project) teams and recognition as a competent leadership that leads teams purposefully based on motivation and trust. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
