Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

As a team leader in accounting (m/w/d), you are responsible for accounting for several domestic corporations together with your six-member team. In doing so, you not only take responsibility for leadership, but also actively participate in day-to-day business, participate in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and accompany complex accounting and accounting topics. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our accounting team and support its continuous development. As a manager, you are professionally close to the topics, actively working in operational accounting and with your team for meaningful monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Existing processes in financial, debitor, creditor and asset accounting are developing and driving their digitalization forward. You act as a contact person:in the case of commercial and accounting issues of our colleagues:inside from the various business areas and working closely with our auditor:in and tax advisor:in. In tax issues, you bring your expertise and evaluate the impact of new legal requirements on our accounting processes.

A completed commercial vocational training with specialist training, e.g. the balance sheet book holder (IHK), or alternatively a successfully completed economic study, forms the basis of your qualification. With several years of professional experience in your baggage, you will ideally bring your first leadership experience. Your already existing knowledge in handling SAP, especially in FI and CO modules, is beneficial and support you in optimizing our processes. For cooperation with our international companies, you will certainly communicate in German and English. Conceptual and analytical thinking is one of your strengths as well as a structured and independent way of working. Your safe occurrence and enforcement, combined with a strong interest in continuous process optimization, make you an indispensable member of our team.
