Site Manager in Technical Service | Stuttgart (m/f/d)

Your task As a location manager:include the overall responsibility for the economic, human and organizational development of the Stuttgart site, including the support point Heidenheim/Nattheim. These include in particular: Leadership & Development: Discipline leadership and continuous development of around 200 employees. Economic success: Responsibility for business development and the achievement of the strategic corporate objectives. Process optimization: control of the operating daily business and the ongoing optimization of the internal processes. Interface function: Close, partnership cooperation with the regional and business management. Customer focus & development: Ensuring high service quality, strong customer orientation and successful project execution. Corporate culture: Active promotion of an appreciation, open leadership and corporate culture.

Your requirement profile Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical/technical qualification (e.g. Master:in/Techniker:in) with corresponding professional experience. Leadership experience: Multi-year, detectable leadership experience with responsibility for larger teams or complex organizational units. Industry knowledge: experience in controlling a location, a branch office or a larger business unit – ideally in the service sector close to construction, infrastructure or construction. Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking is characterized by a pronounced outcome and cost orientation. IT-Skills: Funded knowledge in handling MS Office; SAP knowledge is expressly desired.
