Master Trainer Railway Operations

We are looking for you as a master trainer at Bahnbetrieb (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

As a master trainer: you carry out training measures, for example for vocational training Together with your colleagues, you will design seminars, seminar documents and training concepts and ensure that You are always up-to-date both professionally and didactically. You ask for the implementation of predetermined competence and specialist requirements in continuing training practice It's up to you to pass on your knowledge and inspire others, which is why you use activating learning methods and test the use of new media as well as learning models in your training You train incoming train drivers in the practical handling of actuating mechanism simulations, especially PRESIM A good quality of your training is important to you: In self-sufficient self-study, you make sure that you continue to develop your didactics, methods and expertise and keep up to date

Your profile:

You are a specialist:in railway operations (IHK), state-tested traffic technicians:in railway operations or district manager:in operation (DB Netz AG) or a comparable conclusion Ideally, you will bring well-founded, multiannual experience as a trainer: in railway operations as well as very good, up-to-date expertise in railway operations; in addition, you have collected a professional practice on at least two types of maneuver You have a wide range of expertise in operational regulations (e.g. 301, 408, 420, 481, 482) and in laws & regulations (e.g. AEG, EBO) First experiences in adult education, e.g. as a coach:in, coach, lecturer:in, educator/trainer:in are of advantage but no condition You love the train, also as a means of transportation for regular journeys Your safe, conflicting and communication-strong appearance supports your moderation and presentation skills in the seminar room; you are versed in dealing with usual IT applications (e.g. Office, Outlook) and ready to expand your media skills
