Legal questions: When it comes to establishing practices, handovers or cooperations, you are the central contact person for all legal questions. There is no case like the other. Because the cases you are dealing with are as different as our members themselves. This requires a differentiated view in order to find legally sound but also future-oriented solutions. Accompanying practical foundations, handovers and cooperations: Together with our members, you develop concepts that are truly practical and accompany them from the first idea to the implementation. This makes the work varied. Your task is to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and that the legal framework fits. Basis of assessment: You prepare legal evaluations and analyses that serve as the basis for decisions in contract medical care. Their results are not only gray theory, but also affect the outpatient medical care of the population. Their work thus makes a direct contribution to what is happening in health care. Knowledge management: You share your findings with colleagues (m/w/d), participate in the further development of standards, document specific application examples and share your expertise in internal and external formats. To help the team get better and better. Your knowledge has a direct influence on how you work as a team and how the quality of our advice can be continuously increased.

Your background: You have a degree with a focus on law or a related area such as Public Health Management. In addition to your strong motivation to deal with practical and legal issues, you have a high level of consulting competence. Your experience: You have already worked in a legal environment and ideally have knowledge of social security, administrative and social law. Knowledge of contract medical law is advantageous.
