Total responsibility Implementation Responsibility for the construction and commissioning of new heat plants (e.g. contracting) and modernization and decarbonization of existing plants (Gas → heat pump, hybrid solutions, retrofit, etc.) Ensuring the project targets according to the guideline: in time, in budget, in quality Structure and leadership of the organization Construction, leadership and further development of a nationwide implementation team Clear roll, process and interface definition Establishing scalable structures for strong growth Control of external partners Selection, control and evaluation of subcontractors and external service providers Contract, performance and quality control Ensuring occupational safety, standards and regulatory requirements Project & portfolio management Building a standardized project management and reporting framework Control of several parallel projects and construction programs Transparent progress, cost and risk reporting to management Interface management Close cooperation with project development (planning, approvals, business case) and management (transmission, operation, performance) Ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operation

Subject Complete studies in engineering (e.g. energy, electrical, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.) At least 10 years of experience in implementing complex technical projects Detectional responsibility for construction and implementation projects (e.g. energy plants, PV, charging infrastructure, industrial or infrastructure projects) Experience in the management of external service providers and general contractors Personal Strong in implementation, structure and prioritization Hands-on mentality paired with strategic view leadership experience and joy in building powerful teams Clear, binding and decision-making Non-industrial candidates are explicitly welcome – implementation competence is crucial readiness to travel and a class B driving licence
