Process Mechanic - Specialising in Components (m/f/d)

You process thermoplastic semi-finished products such as plates, pipes and profiles by welding, milling, turning, sawing and tilting You manufacture individual containers, apparatuses, line systems and complex assemblies according to technical drawings You set up, service and monitor plastic processing and welding machines You carry out quality control of the manufactured components, including leak testing and measurement controls You are actively involved in the further development of special manufacturing processes with

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a process engineer (m/w/d) for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable technical qualification You have ideally experience in joining techniques (welding/closing) of thermoplastics (PE, PP, PVC, PVDF) You can safely read technical drawings and lists You have craftsmanship, a high quality awareness and work independently You are reliable, team-oriented and enjoy varied special designs
