Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

Contact person:in for a defined employee:in all tax, social insurance and tariff issues as well as in matters of the time economy Own-responsible implementation of monthly pay bill including reporting and certification Creation of work contracts Function as an interface to financial offices, health insurance and other social security institutions Participation in personnel projects and active support in the digitization and optimization of HR processes

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification Found experience in payroll accounting Very good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Structured, independent working and a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility Experience in handling the software P&I LOGA desirable, but no requirement Safe handling of current MS Office applications

Compensation according to our domestic collective agreement plus Holiday and Christmas money Regular working hours by house rate (39-hour week / 30 days holiday p.a.)
