Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. As part of our team, you are responsible for the development, design and optimization of our ETL processes in our Reporting Data Warehouse (especially in Snowflake). Your working day also includes the implementation of reports and visualizations as required by the departments in our Business Intelligence Tools (especially QlikSense and Qlik View). You work on the integration of data from various sources of operating systems (including Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) into our Data Warehouse. You participate in the expansion of our Data Marts and the provision of structured data, including as a basis for advanced analytic models according to the requirements of the Data Analysts/Scientists. As part of our Data & Analytics DevOps team, you will ensure smooth operation and daily updating of the Business Intelligence tool landscape. In the course of our governance, you will ensure complete technical documentation and versioning. You ensure compliance with our security and data quality guidelines, GDPR requirements and the management of roll-specific access rights

Based on a successfully completed IT-technical study or comparable training, you have several years of professional experience in the field of BI and/or data management. You have already gained relevant experience in dealing with BI tools (ideally Qlik Sense) and brings with you strong knowledge in SQL (SnowSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of Python programming is advantageous. Your structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as your high level of readiness for learning and performance are both an analytical, conceptual and customer-oriented way of thinking and acting. You will be able to integrate internal customers into your work as a developer. It motivates you to acquire knowledge of internal processes and products and to introduce this know-how into the further development of our data products. You are happy to work in dynamic, also international teams and have very good English skills in word and writing
