M365 Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

You take over the administration and further development of our Microsoft-365 environment with focus on security, standardization and usability You plan, implement and optimize solutions around Microsoft Entra ID - you are responsible for topics such as identity and access management, conditional access, multi-factor authentication and roll-based permission concepts You continuously enter and develop central Microsoft-365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune You design modern network and infrastructure concepts in cloud environments and support their optimization You automate recurring processes and handle the provision of standardized cloud resources You take over the implementation and further development of our cloud security, governance and compliance concepts Analyzes disturbances, eliminates technical problems and assists in the processing of safety-relevant events You create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with defined standards You are actively working on the further development of our cloud and modern workplace strategy and bringing your own ideas You support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support with questions and challenges about our soft and hardware landscape at ratings and Bad Salzuflen locations

You have a completed training within the computer science professions or a comparable degree You bring about 3 years of professional experience in the above tasks You are safe in dealing with Microsoft 365 & Office 365 and brings knowledge in dealing with teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Entra ID You have experience with cloud systems; first knowledge of Microsoft Azure is also advantageous You draw your attention through high communication and team skills and interest in new technologies You like to work analytically, structured and organized You have fluent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills
