You accompany our residents as a reference therapist/reference therapist as part of individual and group therapies You create a safe, therapeutic environment with clarity and empathy You work in close cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of social education, psychotherapy, medicine and oecotrophology to support our residents as best possible.

Approbation as a psychological(r) psychotherapist(in) or child and youth psychotherapist(in) An initial completed DBT training or interest to complete such training Joy in working with young people and young adults The ability to establish a clear border with simultaneous sensitivity in contact Team orientation, communication strength and organisational skills Safe handling of MS Office applications
