Consultant (m/w/d).

You shape the further development of artificial intelligence in the BVR and at the same time act in the cooperative finance group (GFG). With technology and AI expertise and a broad field of application, you bring technology, regulators and stakeholders together to ensure that AI potentials are recognized, evaluated and used effectively.

What you expect: Further development and coordination of the AI topics in the BVR as well as active participation of the combined AI orientation in the GFG. Management and implementation of strategic AI projects including prioritization, timing, quality assurance and technical control of all stakeholders. Analysis of technological and regulatory developments (e.g. EU AI Act) as well as derivation, prioritisation and initiation of appropriate action packages. Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI-potentials and use cases for BVR and GFG. Technical evaluation and accompaniment of AI applications (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks, M365 Copilot/Studio) including architectural and data flow understanding, test design, quality assurance, prompt‐/RAG configuration and fine tuning. Ensuring a durable and secure AI operation (Run Enablement) including monitoring, quality metrics and close coordination with IT and security. Control of relevant voting and decision-making processes, building up AI communities and professional representation of BVR/GFG to internal bodies, member institutes, politics, authorities and standardisation bodies.

What you bring: Complete studies are preferred in the field of innovation and technology management with reference/experience to finance or comparable degree degrees. Enthusiasm for AI and other future-relevant technologies in technology, society and economy as well as their use in the banking environment. professional experience with AI technologies and relevant cloud/data platforms (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks; M365‐/Copilot ecosystem) and understanding of MLOps‐/CI/CD basics. Hands-on capability for technical-technical assessment: Prompts/RAG setups; APIs/REST and data flows; Basic shots in Python/SQL are beneficial for analysis/testing (no full-stack development focus). Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge in the field of AI regulators. Teamability, enforcement, service and solution orientation. Representative competence in rhetoric, communication and presentation. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
